About the Artists
Sisters Gretchen, Kiersten, and Claire Fisher each began their study of the violin at the age of 4, and all earned degrees in violin performance. After returning to the area, the sisters pursued diverse freelance careers, separately and together. They have enjoyed being part of an eclectic performance mix, including musical theatre, live shows, recording sessions and collaborations with classical musicians, jazz artists, and rock/punk bands. (disclaimer) The Amherst Symphony is not a “Rock/Punk" band.
